We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Not Financial Advice

You acknowledge that:

• Past performance of any signal, strategy, or market analysis does not guarantee future results
• Market signals (BUY/HOLD/SELL) are generated algorithmically and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for investment decisions

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete
• We are not responsible for any financial losses arising from use of our Service

4. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Not share your account credentials with others

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Elite) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Free Plan

The free plan is provided as-is and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our platform or data
• Share, resell, or redistribute our content or signals
• Use automated tools to access the Service in a way that exceeds normal usage
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Market Insight and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Market data is sourced from third-party providers and is subject to their respective terms. You may not reproduce or redistribute market data without authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Market Insight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses from investment decisions made based on our content
• Loss of data or profits
• Business interruption
• Any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules.
